Since many people want to know how to do it and im apperently the only one here who knows how, heres how you do it on iphone/ipad. You open the shortcuts app, you create a new shortcut(+ button), and inside the shortcut set it to open an app, then click on the shortcuts name, then click add to homescreen, choose the icon and name and there you have it
