I love her honesty. She never lied about the cosmetic work she had done over the years, and her surgeon always made her look fabulous, and not over the top. The fact is she was always beautiful. Photos before she became a big star, she was gorgeous in her youth and innocence. Her parents, whom she loved and respected brought their children up to never be ashamed of their past. Thats what made Dolly special. She never believed she was better than anyone else, even with her fame and millions. Great lady.
