Great teacher unlike my school where if u get wrong answers u would be beaten making all students unable to speak up even if something is wrong and they dont even care if u pay attention they care about their money and u respecting them ...

But i believe that there are passionate people about teaching and they do love their profession and want to do the same as this man but going against management is not a winning fight it's too hard nowadays schools and colleges are only for economy (money) not for education. Those who want to gain knowledge will find their mentors and ways to succeed , present technology is also a great opportunity
