So much stupidity. People who can't properly put a grill together, tie down light umbrellas and bounce houses, gas grill disasters (only use charcoal), and so much more.

turn the heat down, have a spray bottle to keep things under control, if you drop the meat, pick it up rinse it off and put it back on the grill for 2-3 minutes. never use a grill on a dry wood deck without precautionary elements and do not ever do large wind catching devices open on windy days, NOAA will tell you your weather. slow and low the way to go
