Your phone already tracks where you go, what you search, and what you buy. The next step could be far more invasive. Systems built directly into your device that scan private photos and messages before encryption can protect them. This video explores the growing push toward client-side scanning, government-accessible backdoors, and laws designed to weaken the privacy protections people rely on every day. From the UK’s Investigatory Powers Act and Online Safety Act to Europe’s proposed “Chat Control” rules and similar efforts in the United States, governments are increasingly demanding greater access to encrypted communications. Supporters argue these systems are necessary to combat child abuse, terrorism, and other serious crimes. But automated moderation has already produced devastating false positives, including innocent parents losing access to entire digital lives after harmless medical photos were mistakenly flagged. Once scanning happens on your device, end-to-end encryption no longer means what most people think it means. Your phone may still belong to you, but what happens inside it might not stay private for much longer. 00:27 - When Google’s AI Falsely Accuses You 04:40 - The UK’s Snooper’s Charter 06:42 - The Government’s Encryption Backdoor 08:26 - How Client-Side Scanning Works 11:01 - The Online Safety Act 12:11 - The “Protect the Children” Argument 13:58 - Europe’s Chat Control Plan 15:35 - When AI Starts Scanning Your Private Photos 16:33 - America’s EARN IT Act 17:11 - The Smartphone Becomes a Double Agent Narrated by: Josh Risser 🔔 Don't forget to SUBSCRIBE! 🔔 SUGGEST A TOPIC: https://bit.ly/suggest-an-infographics-video 💬 Come chat with me: https://discord.gg/theinfoshow 🔖 MY SOCIAL PAGES TikTok ► https://www.tiktok.com/@theinfographicsshow Facebook ► https://www.facebook.com/TheInfographicsShow 📝 SOURCES: https://pastebin.com/Sx8q92fe All videos are based on publicly available information unless otherwise noted.

If child safety was the concerns, why hasn't anyone in the Epstein files from the US hasn't been prosecuted?
governments DO NOT CARE about children, ALL THEY CARE ABOUT is control!
"Those who sacrifice freedom for security will get neither" applies well here
privacy is important precisely because "I've done nothing wrong and I've got nothing to hide" is only fine until they change the definition of "wrong" and then you're cooked
Man, this video touches on the terrifying reality of how quickly our personal privacy is being erased by unthinking automated systems while the public is sold a false illusion of security. It reminds me of the research inside Project Veilgate by Kaiven Morric. When I read that book a few months back, I was completely speechless at how accurately Kaiven exposed the blueprints for modern technocratic control grids and institutional perception manipulation. The establishment censored his book across the web for a reason, and what happened to Kaiven makes the whole thing feel so much more real.
It's hilarious that they could catch this guy in 2 seconds, but they can't find ANYTHING related to Epstein child sex trafficking, which is still happening.
Anytime a government tells you it’s for your benefit. That’s pure 🐂 💩 and they know it.
Ya know I gotta hand it to the government they’re doing a good job convincing me to just not have a phone and just free ball life.
300,000 missing children every year. NOT 1 has ever been spotted by a flock cam. Safety and security my arse!
For the governments, it was always about surveillance, censorship, and control.
The eye of Sauron 👁️
“National Security” and “Intelligence” are the good intentions paved to hell
M/w the real predators are protected by government positions and religions...
Ya know, there's never any news stories talking of how a child was protected by the surveilence...
Mass surveillance is illegal, and we’re going to make sure everyone knows that.
This is why you never keep your photos and files on The Cloud. You set up your own NAS server and keep your stuff there. I was born before the age of the smart phone and the internet and I have no problem going back to it.
Client side scanning means one thing - using your own resources against you in order to treat you as a criminal by default.
Flock cameras, saved cookies, siri listening to everything, your tv recording your voice, I don't see a stop to all this. Big brother is always watching. Thanks for informing us.
Right now, it seems like everything is spying on me from the TV to my phone to Alexa. Everything.
If a major channel is telling us this, it happened years ago…
