What's even crazier is that in the first spider-man game he voices the tutorials

I hardly see people talking about the fact his character litterally comes up with the name "Spiderman" when he thought the "Human Spider" sucked. He'd remember the name Spiderman after seeing it in the headlines of newspapers. Signing up for a fight like this Peter would have had to give his real name along with his fighting name. Bruce Campbell's character would have been able to learn Peters identity easily just looking st the books. To take it further, the owner got robbed and was upset peter didnt try to stop him. Its possible the owner is the one that wants Bruce's character to keep tabs on Peter from then on, being the one that got screwed out of a lot of money and allowing Bruce's character to look at the books in the first place.

Sam Reimi directed all 3 OG Spiderman’s, who also directed Bruce Cambell’s 2 previously most famous movies, Evil Dead, and Army of Darkness.

That theater and proposal scene would hit so different tbh... what a shame it never came out
