New sub genre created, Witcher-like
Games like this don't come out often. I hope it does well so the devs can actually make the sequels they were planning. I think they have a ton of potential
I’m honestly just really excited to play a vampire game. I have been craving a game where I can just roleplay as a super powerful fantasy vampire.
This feels like their KCD1. The 1st game is great and then the 2nd game will be the bomb
TLDW: 'The Blood of Dawnwalker' is clunky but awesome. It has true choice and consequence, great production value in the cinematics and storytelling, but it does have some rough edges. Combat can grow repetitive, inventory and UI could be streamlined, and the open world is very similar to Far Cry 5, for better or worse. Even so, I had an awesome time and I'm still replaying portions of the game to find new endings and choices. If you like games with unique mechanics and stories with real consequence, you'll love this.
It took a team 4 years to make this game. The 10 year game development cycle is still crazy to me.
The witcher 3 was clunky but amazing so im happy enough
Bro didn't talk too much about the quality of the writing. I LOVE the concept of choices having consequenses and outcomes. But the story and writing needs to be good. I am so hyped to finally play this though
This and Control Resonant are the games I’m most excited to play this year
9:21 1300 hours of For Honor prepared me for this
I impulsively pre-ordered it yesterday after seeing how awesome the day 1 edition steelbook looks. Glad to hear the game is actually good 😅
Sounds like a game that is gonna be insane after a year of patch updates. Can't wait
As someone who has left another certain someone waiting at Embers for what has to be at least a year of in-game time. The 30 day timer gives me a little pause haha.
finally a vampire game, would give anything for one like this where you're a werewolf, gothic game themes don't get enough love
I literally preordered it like 5 mins ago perfect timing 😂😂😂
Exactly what I expected. The story, characters and branching choices are all great, and the rough parts are in the gameplay and combat. This game is the first in the saga and I can't wait to play it.
My excitement has grown for this game.. cant wait to play
Whata refreshing gift to gamers looking for a great vampire game. I'm not, but how totally cool for people who are. One for the ages, it sounds like.
3:02 Ghost recon wildlands but ur a vampire
Blood of Dawnwalker, Wolverine, Onimusha, Control Resonant….just in Sept. YIKES
