This has a Mansion of Madness board game feel where cards are used to 'build' the mansion adding rooms with events and clues. Very cool game. Would love to see you guys play again now that you understand it better!

The way how Cartoonz scream at 44:16 😭🤣. Also my favourite detail is that while the pieces on the table move its reflected with the time on the clock at the back of squirrel. The players are the short hand and the entity is the long hand.

Zathura could have inspired this too......with the card sliding out after a turn, the pawns on a stick moving around the board. It's all so nostalgic....in that eerie way. Zathura scared me as a kid, with the alien lizard raiders and the big robot. Such a cool story though.
