Here's the thing. If car companies could somehow stop people from buying used cars they 100% would.
These EULA's with forced arbitration cant be legally binding. You never signed anything, you pressed the X button on a controller. Sony should have to prove without a reasonable doubt that it was ME who pressed that X button and not my cat who walked over my controller while i was in the bathroom. What if the Playstation is used by a family and a minor is the one who pressed that X button? You cant waive your rights away or enter into a legally binding agreement without a signature.
