Unfortunately, there doesn't appear to be an ending where you pet all the roaches and befriend them, causing them to form some sort of cooperative society.

Man it bums me out that this got a sequel tbh. The ending of the first wasn't overwhelmingly positive but after so much suffering it was nice that she managed to escape and could have a new life.
