Tbh the springboks players back then they didn’t really look any bigger than any other rugby nation players, they just played harder with more grit and ferocity. These springbok boys now though hmmmm something funny going on when there legs look more like Ronnie Coleman than a normal rugby player 💉 😅

Why is he speaking like the All Blacks forwards were smaller because they weren't. Read, McCaw, Williams, Thorn and Kaino were equally-sized, man for man against South Africa. It's a myth that South African forwards are the biggest.

I look at the modern game of rugby union and fail to see how it can be brutal. You can barely even tackle nowadays. The only thing I can see being tough is the size of the forward piling in. But tackle wise the hits are pathetic in union. Give me an NRL game any day of the week.
