My best friend passed in a motorcycle accident last year and elder scrolls 6 and this were the games we have been waiting for together. I’ve almost lost my life as well after getting hit by a car in the same exact year so to say it’s been an extremely hard wait would be an understatement Edit: Ok I didn’t want all this discourse when I wrote out this comment for a game I am excited to play for myself and my beloved friend in which I am very thankful for all the the very nice comments and to the people who were willing to share similar stories in this section. Now to the less kinder comments saying I’m getting some sort of kick out of telling people about my experience whilst waiting for this awesome looking game… the short answer is no and I’m sorry you took it the wrong way and I’m also sorry to the ones who took this the wrong way who have also lost people but if your idea of shaming someone for sharing there hardships that you yourself have had similar experiences in dealing and not resonating with it like others have I pity you. But everyone grieves differently so I can’t change your opinion on the matter all I can do is share my experience of life that I hope people who scroll through these comments can see and get something knowledgeable and relate to in some way shape or form . Because at the end of the day I can’t get my friend back and I loved him like he was my blood brother. And my ptsd from my near death experience will most likely never go away whilst knowing my family watched me fight for my life on the ground in mud and dirt will always haunt me but will also make me know I’m stronger for it for having survived.
