We once boarded a horse that would rip up electric fence just because he could. He looked me dead in the eyes, reached down and yanked out the electric fence post and walked out. I could see his whole body twitch each time the fence zapped him. He gave zero fucks.

We had a bull once where he stayed in the electric fence until the day before he left, he then proceeded to tear it down. Basically telling us he was stayed in the fenced in by his own choice.
