That’s a cute little bolt mildly aged. In the north it wouldn’t be weird to see a bolt and nut that are so crusty and deteriorated they don’t even resemble bolts anymore and are effectively joined by the rust. Bolts where there’s nothing for it except grinding off the end and punching out the remains.

There is rubber bushing in that wishbone the smoke that you see it was burning rubber on that bushing and must be change after this video

It's not actually rusty until you have the beat the wrench on there or break out the wire brush.
