It’s not the vehicle’s fault. The vehicle was heavily tuned, and the AWD system was unable to handle the additional power over an extended period and presumably shut down due to overheating. The fault lies with the tuner, who failed to upgrade the AWD system to cope with the massively increased power output.

the front axle protection kicked in, dumped torque to the rear, and turned off the active 4WD icon on the instrument cluster right before the spin
