1.Unc you need to use your shield by holding right click, or it does nothing. 2. Put torches down everywhere wehn you cave because it stops mobs from spawning 3. Plant the sugarcane near your house and it will regrow 4. USe iron over copper, its better for tools and armour 5. A shield blocks 100% damage when used correctly, like it can block arrows and also full creeper explosions, aka( Click right with it for it to be used) 6. Get Vikkstar to educate you about the basics 7.Use some diamonds, obsidians and books to make an enchanting table and use it on your gear, placing the bookshelfs down around the enchantment table will make the enchantments better, but it'll cost more XP.

Here’s a quick checklist which might be helpful Overworld: Necessary: - full iron armour - diamond pickaxe - get 14 obsidian (10 for a nether portal and 4 for an enchanting table) - lots of food for the nether - water bucket Optional: - diamond armour - find and explore an ancient city for good loot (Very dangerous) - use a hoe to mine skulk in a deep dark for good levels - 15 bookshelves for a level 30 enchanting table Nether Necessary: - find a fortress - get blaze rods from killing blaze (8 to be safe) - get enderpearls by either trading gold with piglins ( use a gold helmet or boots so they won’t attack you) or find a blue forest and kill endermen (16 at least to be safe) Optional: - collect nether wart from the fortress if you want to make potions - find and explore a bastion for some netherite/good loot - mine quartz for lots of levels Pre-end Necessary - make eye of Enders with pearls and blaze rods - enchant gear - throw the eye of Enders and follow them to the stronghold - explore stronghold and find portal room - use up to 12 eyes of Enders to fill the portal - set spawn and go in Optional: - make potions and craft golden apples The end Necessary: - use a bow and arrow and/or build up to destroy the crystals (keep a safe distance) - place water at the bottom so if you get knocked off you can land in it - use a bow when the dragon is flying and use a sword when it comes down to the middle - win Optional - use a torch to collect the dragon egg - find an end gateway and pearl through - take lots of blocks so you can build across islands - find an end city for great loot - find a ship in an end city for elytra - kill shulkers to craft shulker boxes I think I’ve got everything, I’ll edit it if I miss anything major

Light up caves with the torches. Prevents mobs from spawning in lit up areas and you can also mark where you've already explored. You can also mine a small room in a cave with a bed inside as a temporary base with chests to store items. Also, prioritize getting full iron armor. W video.
