As a guy with dreads.... you definitely wash it. Actually better than regular hair. Never had shit in mine and cut to check many times. Thats gross af

I think he miss understood whoever told him that he is not supposed to wash his hair. Perhaps in the beginning of your locs journey but after they lock up you definitely need to wash that shi ๐คฎ
