My family dog of 11 years had to be put to sleep recently and now my uncle is quickly passing away from cancer, just a week later. It’s really hard to sleep and calm down at night after spending day after day trying to take care of my grieving family because that is when my brain won’t quiet down and I start to grieve alone.
