The brain zaps is withdrawal from the medication. If you decide to stop taking it you have to ween yourself off. Take half of it, it can really imbalance your brain more. Trust me! I ended up in the hospital from just stopping meds cold turkey. I’m praying for you sis! You know your words are powerful stop speaking that you’re letting yourself Go!
