The rule of thumb in Australia, if its pretty - its deadly

A 4+ meter croc sounds pretty big to me and there a few different species that get that big or bigger on the continent.

The thing about some venomous animals is that venom is how they kill, it's not defense, it's killing and then eating. Now, some animals do defend with venom like the Stone Fish or the Sydney Funnel-Web Spider

I live in Australia and there haven’t been many large deadly megafauna in ages. We used to have animals like thylacoleo, Megalania and quinkana but they’re all extinct now. All we have to show now is the saltwater crocodile

I saw a kangaroo in a Chinese lab giving the koalas fucking ketamine on the side of the road bro I’m so deadass straight biological warfare that’s why octopus are blue spots because they’re venomous biological warfare

So I’m Australian and I am really happy that I don’t have to look out for big bear, wolfs, coyotes and other big animals that run at you. I know we have more venomous things they usually do stay away from you if you stay away from it.

I’m an Aussies, and came across a brown snake about half a meter away from my face when I was in the bush working, safe to say I’ve never moved so fast in entire life…

Yes we do. We have crocodiles, sharks, emus, kangaroos and cassowaries. All of these are big compared to us and all can kill us quite easily

Don’t forget about the Drop Bears. Although won’t attack you as long as you smear Vegemite on your arms, legs and face, they can’t stand the smell.
