I do exactly like Trevor! Can't believe! (except the bookmarking the movies part). What I usually start with (obviously after looking out the window when taking off and pushing my nose against like a child looking at the vast space above the clouds, comprehending as to how much farther we as human species have come across with invention and use of technology that we are able to fly, shower, sleep and feed - a bunch of humans at 35k feet straight for 16 hours without any breaks. And every single time STILL I am moved by this marvelous feat). After that, I put in the movie which I have just heard about that it's good but haven't read about. A good complicated movie while my brain awaits for food! (Also, not super complicated micro moves movie where you blink and you miss out on the story coz I cannot eat peacefully then) and after the food it's mostly a feel good movie but which has best ratings on IMDb for sure. That's how I have been doing on my flights! and works every time 😊❤ Thank You Trevor for sharing your way! I do exactly like you do 👍

That's a great strategy. Mine is a bit different, I drink 2 whiskeys right before my flight, then 2 more as the plane reaches altitude, and then passed out for 10hrs and wake up in Japan. Never fails! Sláinte!
