Ruchi I have IBS for last 20 or more years but I think u shld try Ayurvedic medicines and avoid all fermented food even bread. U can easily manage it. I am living thru it for so many years. I also had a small son just like Ivan but when u carry certain medicines u can easily manage. I roam around world with those medicines in my purse. So don’t worry. And don’t think too much thinking aggravates IBS. Take care and be happy
