Honestly, the internals might be super important to someone who repairs them as eye candy. But those graphite sheets are there for a reason, they aren't just there "because". They help with thermals, isolating transfer of heat away from places it's not supposed to be.
1:03 they only came up with the “camera plateau” so that the camera bumps that increase in how severely they protrude from the back panel of the phone every year do not reach the point where they become comically huge, and now they’re piling up the bump even over the plateau once again 😂
