Julie, no wonder you’re so exhausted that you can’t even take your makeup off. You need to fuel yourself!! 2 coffees on an empty stomach and then just a piece of fruit toast by 1pm is a recipe for a crash. Having a proper breakfast, lunch and dinner will honestly transform your energy levels, look after yourself <3
Julie... Cadbury's chocolate is so bad for you, it's made with palm oil. That's why they were selling Cadbury products cheaper after Christmas.
