I don’t eat white bread.. get green plantains or sweet potato. I will have 12 grain bread sometimes. I see a big difference in my weight. They put stuff in that to preserve it for a long time. Even the white bread in 🇯🇲is not good. My step dad use to buy a giant loaf of white hard dough bread weekly his stomach size now I understand. It tasted good w butter smelled great but unhealthy. Reduce sugar and bread pasta and you will see the size of your body shrinking. Check every package for sugar content. Most ice creams /chocolates are fake now. Horrible for your insides.
