I put the M6 Mac mini up against my M4, and the first benchmark barely hinted at what was coming. 🔥 Micro Center is THE AI Destination: https://micro.center/e163c2 Sign up for a FREE 128 gig flash drive at Micro Center Austin: https://micro.center/6b4728 Check Out Micro Center's Apple Products: https://micro.center/c639b4 Visit Micro Center News: https://micro.center/658af1 🎥 Related Videos 🎥 🧳🧰 Mini PC portable setup - https://youtu.be/4RYmsrarOSw 🍎💻 Dev setup on Mac - https://youtu.be/KiKUN4i1SeU 💸🧠 Cheap mini runs a 70B LLM 🤯 - https://youtu.be/xyKEQjUzfAk 🧪🔥 RAM torture test on Mac - https://youtu.be/l3zIwPgan7M 🍏⚡ FREE Local LLMs on Apple Silicon | FAST! - https://youtu.be/bp2eev21Qfo 🧠📉 REALITY vs Apple’s Memory Claims | vs RTX4090m - https://youtu.be/fdvzQAWXU7A 🧬🐍 Set up Conda - https://youtu.be/2Acht_5_HTo ⚡💥 Thunderbolt 5 BREAKS Apple’s Upcharge - https://youtu.be/nHqrvxcRc7o 🧠🚀 INSANE Machine Learning on Neural Engine - https://youtu.be/Y2FOUg_jo7k 🧱🖥️ Mac Mini Cluster - https://youtu.be/GBR6pHZ68Ho * 🛠️ Developer productivity Playlist - https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLPwbI_iIX3aQCRdFGM7j4TY_7STfv2aXX 🔗 AI for Coding Playlist: 📚 - https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLPwbI_iIX3aSlUmRtYPfbQHt4n0YaX0qw — — — — — — — — — ❤️ SUBSCRIBE TO MY YOUTUBE CHANNEL 📺 Click here to subscribe: https://www.youtube.com/@AZisk?sub_confirmation=1 — — — — — — — — — Join this channel to get access to perks: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCajiMK_CY9icRhLepS8_3ug/join — — — — — — — — — 📱 ALEX on X: https://x.com/digitalix #macmini #m6macmini #macbook

Whhhhaaat, you didnt buy 1000 of them, let them run 12 versions of Kimi K3 in parallel and then prompt "hello?" 😅😅😅
I might get an M6. I did not wake up believing that this morning.
The 24GB gives you the 170GBps speed also.
16:29 the M4 minis *did* come with 32GB (I have one) until earlier this year, when Apple restructured pricing in response to the memory shortage/explosion in popularity due to openclaw/other agentic tools
Apple charges an additional $200 for each additional 8 GB of ram, and an additional $500 to increase the SSD from the base model's 256 GB to 1TB, which is obscene. And that's in addition to the 50% increase in price from the original M4 Mac Mini, which was $599.
Can't wait for M6 vs M5 pro comparison with AI.
8:03 24 GB also has 170 GB/s memory bandwidth
Kinda interesting that we reached a point where a computer who can control a rocket going to the moon requires less power than a single halogen spot light i have in my living room
I have an M1 Mac mini….in a couple years I’ll buy an M6 on sale 😂😂😂
great video, i have a m4 mac mini with 32gb of ram i got back in 2025, they stopped selling it when everyone started buying up the mac mini.
Soo Excited for the M6 series!!
Nice that u got hands on the M6 eagerly waiting for M5 ultra video!
Lol drinking Water when testing the AI models is so hilarious :)
Beautiful studio upgrade, nicer Background
ok that speedometer result is absolutely terrifying
Can you do a video on the maxed out M6 mini versus a maxed out M5 pro mini? Trying to decide between the two for Local LLM’s to handle code base calculations, sorting issues, and managing/assigning our Cloud LLM’s and business requirements! I was planning on getting a maxed out M5 Pro but have been waiting for this video, and now I’m confused. Great video by the way!!
This guy is living the dream.
What a great video! Just one correction: According to Apple, you bump up to 170GB/s when you upgrade to 24GB OR 32GB of memory, not just 32GB. There is so much work that goes into these videos, and you put in more work than most! We appreciate all of your hard work and we love your videos! Keep pumping out those hits!
"If you move a lot of data that one's gonna matta" Yeah, I caught that.
You could replace 90% of people's chips to an m1 pro overnight and they would not notice.
