A bear entered the Dangariguda settlement in Dabugaon, Nabarangpur district, creating concern among local residents. The bear reportedly moved near a house while searching for food and was seen heading toward the kitchen area. After spotting the animal, villagers gathered and made noise to drive it away. The bear was safely chased away from the settlement and no one was reportedly attacked. No damage to the house was also reported. Locals believe the continuous rainfall over the past two days may have affected food availability in the forest and prompted the bear to move toward the village.
