I’ve automated a workflow that took about 6-7 hours of work per week. Now I just check the work is correct and help when something gets flagged. It does work.

It's wrote powershell scripts for me to organize and tag 700K flac files, it seperated all my scores from soundtracks like 3000 of them, added the exact dates to the folder names and official album titles. I used to spend all day doing that stuff.
I cannot listen to this guy!!!!! What an idiot!
Just because 100 million people use it doesn't mean they are paying anything. I know 50 people have made pics or videos none have paid a dime besides there electric bill going up

Paul Krugman, the Nobel Prize winning economist, is notable in that he has NEVER, EVER made a prediction about any aspect of the economy that was accurate. Absolutely ZERO!!!
My take away... think the music industry. 30 years ago you needed music related skills, training and aptitude to create music... and today ANYONE can make music without formal training and push it out to Spotify easily with modern software. So... similarly... Code/dev is no different today. I work in tech and see non tech ppl pushing code relentlessly because they can (not because they should :)). The problem is... it's often ehhh.... buggy or off-idea or really not mature... basically they are new to the game... and not leveraging the learnings of ppl who have been doing it for years. Better world or just more hands in the pot making worse stew?
