Man City’s pre-2018 cheating still benefits them today. That advantage helped fund £450m this summer. Most clubs struggle for years after a manager change but City rebuilt a midfield in 2 months off years of inflating spending amounts
Why are people so shocked? It was very obvious from the very get-go (before Wenger) that a mid-table team (and club worth the value of United's Ronaldo at the time) suddenly were buying the top players and attracting top managers overnight! The inflated Etihad 'sponsorship' for the Manchester Council's property could not have been more obvious. My only surprise is how long it has taken for it to be realised!!

After reading all the Guilty charges, it’s highly possible that PREMIER LEAGUE REFEREES has been compromised. There should be an extensive investigation of all the Premier League officials.
