I would recommend staying there and save your money until you’re ready to buy a house. If you rent, you’re throwing that money away and you’ll never see it again. Do whatever you want but just something to consider. ❤

For more space in your studio I think you should move your vanity where your Pc is currently set up and make a cozy set up in the corner where ur vanity is at to have more space

Tell Nataly to get rid of that sofa and put a rack for your clothes in that corner . Also make your bed first thing in the morning .
