if the driver got a great lawyer this would be resulting in a bigg money, he/she almost get kidnapped and got panic attack so they tried to run for their life, thats attempted kidnapping with a deadly weapon (the tow truck)

The tow truck driver was about to commit a felony buy Towing the car with the occupants inside. FYI that's called kidnapping, also in all 50 states a vehicle is considered a deadly weapon if used against another person so technically that would be kidnapping with a deadly weapon which would be a major felony. Tow truck driver would have been arrested if the person in the car was less of an idiot.
