The first earphone is designed to completely hide inside the ear. Instead of using a 3D printer, I made an exact mold of my ear using molding material and silicone, then cast the final shape in clear resin. I modified and miniaturized the original earbud electronics so the speaker, circuit board, resistors, capacitors, LEDs, and touch controls could all fit inside the tiny resin housing. For the second earphone, I also reduced the electronics down to a very small size and built it into the end of a pen. This creates a tiny wireless microphone that can be positioned close to the mouth while both devices communicate wirelessly with a smartphone. I also modified the original charging case so both custom earphones can still be charged using the same case. This DIY electronics project combines reverse engineering, wireless earbud modification, electronics miniaturization, custom ear molding, silicone molding, clear resin casting, soldering, and extremely small-scale assembly. Everything was built by modifying the original wireless earbuds and carefully fitting the components into their new custom housings. If you enjoy DIY electronics, miniature electronics, hidden gadgets, reverse engineering, and unusual engineering projects, you'll probably enjoy this build. –––––––––––––––––––––––––––––– #DIY #SpyEarphones #InvisibleEarphones #WirelessEarbuds #Electronics #PenguinDIY #jlcpcb #pcba

This guy can solder two atoms together.
The comedic and ironic genius of showing a PCB manufacturer add as you brutally murder a prebuild PCB instead of ordering a custom one is amazing
This is how I imagined myself as a spy in childhood.
I love the way he looks at a circuit and goes "well that's an awful waste of space"
I AM NOT PUTTING A LIPO SPICY PILLOW BATTERY INSIDE MY EAR
JLPCB: So we will sponsor your video and as part of that we will make any PCB parts you need for free. Penguin: Thats ok I have a sander and can solder
This is what an Ear Doctor's nightmare looks like.
At school I wanted a tech that would allow me to cheat on tests. At 45 y.o. I finally made it, but had to receive several engineering degrees first.
Miniaturisation at its peak. I am scared to see when he is removing from the ear.
the fact someone can make this with handtool at home is unbelievable... immagine a tech company with high precision machinery and tool
And this is one person at a desk in 2026. Imagine the amount of technical progress we haven't seen in public lol.
The hardest part isn’t making it invisible—it’s preserving the wireless link, touch controls, and charging while aggressively miniaturizing the original PCB. That level of micro-assembly is seriously impressive. 🔥
you shoving that in your ear made me panic
cool project, but lithium battery inside my skull with no easy way to remove it, not sure if i would
The danger of lithium battery explosions has reached a new level—frankly, bone conduction headphones can achieve the same level of concealment, but with only a slight loss of sound quality, I'd rather have that battery blow my teeth out.
Imagine that lithium iron battery blowing inside your ear 😂😂
just grinding and cutting away more than half of the PCB and putting the SMDs back on looked absolutely illegal :D:D crazy result!!
11:29 exam cheat code
Makes you wander what the cia is using these days
Bro has built-in microscope vision 🤭
