So far as my research has turned up, no judge has been successfully punished for anything they have done while being a judge. There was a judge that got pissed at a man and used a compliance shock device on a defendant in his court room until he suffered a heart attack, by all accounts the man who was shocked did nothing to deserve it. Other judges have done worse things and gotten away with it, because it is considered to be within their power as judges to do what ever they want while court is in session.
