It mahimizes surface of exchange in a minimum volume, kinda like what a mythocondria does ! (Mythocondria is a cellular organelle involved in respiration and energy production)

Gun suppressors are now being made this way also, with serpentine flow through pathways that bleed off the blast pressure and sound of a gunshot while minimizing back pressure buildup

how do they guarantee they got all of the powder out?

It is a good idea to replace them preventively, as their failure often results in the total destruction of two expensive mechanical assemblies.

Every single one of those trillions of tiny crevices will generate fluid cavitation which will quickly make holes throughout the radiator not to mention that they also slow down flow and increase pressure causing the system to fail prematurely. This technology won’t be worth a toss until you can print perfectly smooth, round surfaces with copper and stainless steel.

I think by watching this video we need laminar flow of air water/fluid by designing mechanisms to overcome/ reduce turbulence

If its still around this was the key technology gap for the British Skylon space plane. Their hybrid jet/rocket engine relied on hundreds of air channels that where impossible to machine conventionally

We will be able to manipulate matter down to the atom and move fluids at a molecular level achieving near 100% efficiency. Coupled with the mastery of materials we can cool to near absolute zero and operate at superconducting levels indefinitely. Miniature fusion reactors, frictionless motors and mass accelerators, this is the future I am looking forward to.
