You saying about Sharmans letting you down is crazy. I moved from the ag sector to the hgv industry. Ag dealer worked 9-5, if we was shut, tough, youve had it, odd callout in summer. HGV place I've moved to is 24/7 all year. We close 3 days a year. Christmas day, boxing day and new years day. Its so backwards but the farming industry is so Nonchalant about the whole thing. Biggest we sold was a puma 240 and to you boys thats nothing. The amount of money you spend definitely does not relate to the treatment from main dealer. Truck industry has got it right when it comes to back up and support. Which is really odd considering half the time its never "life or death" like it can be in farming... great vids as always.

Not good service having to wait for dealer to come next day..I worked for small family dealer top priority was service to keep machinery working we othered 24/7 service all year round got called out in middle of nite we did it.then manufacturers went down super dealers route just want numbers out.we lost out to super dealer so boss called it a day .pity most small dealers gone now 😢 hope you don't have to wait long before you up and running again
