Don't be so hard on yourself about not eating right right now hun, you will get there and its natural to go through these phases, I think we all probably do at somepoint, but your forgetting just how packed your days are too, you have 2 small children, you have several businesses and ventures that your present in, it's not like your at home all day twiddling your thumbs and the days you do get time to do that you probably just want to wind down. Have you considered doing your own version of the meal prep that Tommy does? Have meals you like made for you or you yourself make batch meals so you can just grab one from the fridge after a busy day so that you have your healthier meal there ready without the dreaded thought of having to cook it daily? Just a thought but be kind to yourself ❤️‍🩹

I find it so relatable to hear I’m not the only one that doesn’t want to work out and eat right enough. Like I want to be healthier and feel good about my body and health but I just don’t have the motivation or time. Very relatable so happy you spoke about it xx
