Frightening but Carol is FINE NOW!

In this episode we update you on what we have been up to since we got back from Cornwall. We take advantage of a sunny day and ask AI to plan us a trip out to Hastings on the south coast. Carol celebrates her last day of taking her cancer tablets with a visit to Hatchlands Park followed by a slap up meal at Toby Cottage. Then we spoil ourselves with an All Inclusive weekend at Potters Five Lakes in Essex to enjoy three days of relaxation and good food. Whilst there we venture out to explore the Tiptree jam museum, Tollesbury Marina and the historic Roman city of Colchester. On the way home we stop off at Ightham Mote, a romantic medieval manor house with 700 years of history under one roof. And then it all went wrong when our trip on the Waverley was suddenly cancelled.
