I never thought free software would feel so terrifying
Just wanted to say a thank you to Linus and Luke and the team at LMG. I have watched every LTT video and WAN Show for about 5 years now, I am 20 and graduating in a few months with a degree in Cybersecurity. I have always liked tech and video games, but LTT brought be interested into PC gaming which led me to save up all my money it build my first PC. Having access to a PC was great for gaming, but ever better it allowed me to mess around more. I took coding classes and tinkered and broke my (hardware and software), graduated high school with a Computer Science focus and went to College for Cybersecurity. I absolutely love it and I just wanted to share, you never know the impact you make. Hoping for many many more WAN shows to come!

Couldn't happen to a better company. At least now we have Photoshop on Linux.
Using an AI built NAS product sounds like a great way to speed run a panic attack
I'm counting on the leather jacket to make me cool when it arrives.
Watch every single call for AI regulation finally now be fulfilled because consumer use of AI finally eats into the bottom line of companies that were abusing the AI against us before
Dan's Gemini demo set off Gemini trying to start up and activate on my phone 😂😂
No 4 hour wan show today? NOOO 😢😢
Ally + steamos it's what I'm using now. Getting dual boot was weird but yeah, microslop keep making bad decisions it doesn't matter anymore
20:05 both zipper could lead to the same pocket
Wow, that's really interesting. I haven't found Google Gemini to be as bad in my native language, Swedish. When I asked the exact same question as Dan did in Swedish, I got the correct answer right away. However, when I asked the exact same question in English, I got the same silly answer he did.
Luke actually looks great in the jacket
I absolutely HATE rubberised grips on controllers. They do not hold up. And I'm so strict with my controller hygiene. No doritis and mountain dew here. They aren't even comfortable and the texture is 🤮
In all honesty, we've been laying underwater cables for almost as long as we've been stringing them between posts. The technology has always been there, but it's one of those "out of sight, out of mind" things.
22:30 This is not what they had in mind when they said you will own nothing and be happy...
Great show this week. Awesome topics. This is the first WAN Show that I wasn't bothered by one of you being remote (Linus on a pedestal). By the way, great work on the leather jacket. It's nice.
The clipboard is broken in Google Book ?? That's horrible.
16:14 leather just somehow got less ethical, let's go boys
5:40 - Luke zapping Linus 😂
