I said this on the last video, and I dont say it to be that person or to be rude, but you keep talking about your ED in the past and saying 'when I was going through it', as if you have recovered. I think until you are honest with yourself and admit to yourself and others that you are STILL in that journey and are not recovered, you won't fully heal. I think you're trying to convince yourself that you are there, but it's abundantly clear for various reasons, that you're not yet there yet. And that's okay, it takes time, but fooling yourself and us into thinking you are will ultimately do more damage than it will good.

I’m 42 and suffered anorexia since I was very young didn’t know I was struggling until I was mid 30s always brushed off ppl opinions and trying to help now it’s so in my brain it’s grown roots sometimes I don’t think ppl always understand comments like just eat it’s not hard is extremely hard and difficult awareness is important but most of all no judgement that’s the worst xx but well done for speaking out takes a lot ❤
