Actually a lot of semis use those because they need to see the back of the trailer. So they use one hand to steer and one to help turn them around

If you use a steering knob, choose one that is securely mounted and approved for your vehicle. Avoid placing it where it could interfere with the airbag or your hands during deployment.

Cars also had steering wheels that where as big as pizza cooking pan that's because you needed the extra room to grip the wheel to turn 😂

old cars like Toyota hilux 4th generation (1983-1988) had power steering and 5th generation (1988-2015) Toyota hilux and to this day Toyota hilux still has the power steering and other cars
