Today was full of heartwarming family moments, delicious Filipino food, and exciting progress on our future home! 🏡✨ My ex husband came to visit our children and spend some quality time with them. I was so happy to see Misha and Kostya enjoying every moment with their dad. ❤️ Every visit feels like a little celebration for my boys! We treated him to Champorado and Fish Paksiw, lovingly prepared by our wonderful helper, Web. Unfortunately, we couldn’t have rice because of the ongoing power interruptions on Samal Island. 🇵🇭⚡ Then it was back to work at our future home! The owner and his relatives helped remove old belongings while Slava started renovating the kitchen. We had to remove old wooden boards badly damaged by termites and ants. We also measured the windows because we’re planning to install window grills soon! 🛠️🏠 Step by step, we’re turning this house into a comfortable home for our family. And there was another lovely surprise! 🥰 I met one of my subscribers who has been following my channel for two years! I agree, the owner is responsible to clean, repair, and prepare the house they rent out before you move in. This is rude and disrespectful! I rented for 28 yrs and never have I experienced this. Valentina please make sure the owner remove the clutter on the window to your bathroom. He can't make a storage there, he should find a place for that. you're too nice.
It’s a shame that the owners abandoned a very dirty house and have it rented. It’s not normal to have such to be rented. Landowners usually clean their houses before renting them.

Suggestion only?... It is better you to buy new Sofa that very old Sofa has so many insect inside like bugs and it's not good especially for your children, You can put also exhaust fan in your Toilet window...
Valentina, don’t use that old sofa for your health and your kids. The way those renters left that house is the same not taking care of that sofa. The dining table if you want to use it wash it well. Roaches like to hide in crevices. When Slava took those kitchen cabinets out there were roaches. If I were you don’t use anything they left. I bet you, if you remove that range there will be roaches behind it. Just buy what you need slowly. Have a pest company spray your house every other month.

You might need a goat to cut the grass. lol. You’ll definitely need a lawnmower. Oh, please buy couch cover if you use that couch because the condition of the house may mean the couch is in bad condition too(dirty).
