PUT THIS LADY ON THE VLC UI REWRITE!!!
That's actually good, I hope that developers will see this video and use your redesign as a reference
Mistakenly pressing something on my keyboard in VLC gives me such an anxiety
the colors and styles really feel inline with another huge site
Soooo what do we think? :D (side quest: tell me how many easter eggs you find in the video)
4:00 full screen button next to close is just criminal UI. 😂
26 seconds in and you understand why VLC is the goat. You got the project founder who actively engaged in the process. This is amazing. 0:26
Hoping dev team seriously consider this design!
This looks really good hopefully this will be a theme option.
For the first few minutes I was like "Great, jux just turned VLC into MPV", but after finishing the vid, I kinda want the new UI
1:09 🟧⬛ color palette, my beloved
Great redesign, no note! But now I'm mad that I can't download it.
Fullscreen icon will work better in the bottom because the position you just made the user can accidentally click on it and close the player
You literally made VLC 2!
A really good redesign, I would be pleased if this becomes more than just a figma project and is adopted by actual VLC community as a design reference.
hope the VLC team sees this or gets sent the video. Their entire UX/UI job was done for them
3:55 picture in picture and full screen should NOT be *interlaced* with minimize, full screen, and close. That is going to cause a lot of people to press on the wrong button from muscle memory. Putting both buttons to the left of minimize might be okay.
You've gotta be the best GUI designer on earth, they should pay you and use your designs lowkey..
VLC has such a dedicated audience and everyone seems to be pretty happy, good job! :3
Jesus, I'm halfway through the video and I'm already impressed. Insane how cohesive and thoughtful everything is. You're a magician!
