You may want to see if the chargers you’re using are “apple certified.” They don’t have to be apple chargers but they need to be apple Certified. If not that could be the reason you’re battery is swelling. Chargers that aren’t Apple Certified will overcharge a battery and cause it to swell. I can’t speak to the logic board issue because several things can cause that, including manufacturer issues. That being said, it’s unlikely the fall caused that issue.
