I am so glad you left the wood unpainted in the inside. My preference would be to have not painted the outside, but it is your house. I live inside a crayon box. Color everywhere that's my house. I love that there is so much creativity in the world. I appreciate it all. Keep on truckin' !!

The lighting took this over the top and adds a warm glow to the office while highlighting the glassware housed within. An elegant but still rustic piece that adds the needed storage in a beautiful way
I really loved the prior apothecary--I hope whoever took it off your hands appreciates it! But I understand having a special connection to the piece you kept. I've watched you paint and move that same sideboard for YEARS now, lol. Excited to watch the dining room reno soon!

I agree with the other comments. The projects aren't complicated. But there's plenty of tutorials for simple constructions. You've simply added more steps. I personally love the idea of taking a old piece of furniture and reusing the reusable parts.
