Apple would be better off selling a magsafe ipad dock with a good speaker. That unlocks smart home features.
so a stand for a square ipad 🤷♂
The pricing makes no sense. Why would the wall mount version cost the same as the one with the base? AND you have to buy the mounting kit!?
No App Store = Pass.
Not very useful, I wouldn't buy one.
You seriously travelled all the way to NYC for this? This presentation could’ve been an email..
So my OG google nest hub is still miles better you're telling me
No appstore, it's pretty much barebones.
Was rewatching one of your older videos and the posture change is crazy.. that vortalex posture corrector genuinely transformed your whole frame 😭
who’s ordering a HomeView? 🤔
This is called GIANT Apple watch lads.. with GIANT ugly bezel..
Watched your video. Looked at the web page. Still can't figure out what is the use for this product.
I didn't realize how tiny the screen was at first, I cancelled my pre-order because of it as well as that obnoxious, anti-family ad. I'll keep using my 2020 iPad Pro 11" as my home security camera monitor with 2x the screen area and no weird control-freak UI.
Well done Apple on creating a product no one wanted.
I would really like to buy this but i just dont see myself using this past the first week
I don’t get the use case for this
Love the form factor. But that’s it. I can’t take it off the stand and read an article. I can’t move it from one wall mount to another if I was listening to a song. My tablet can’t have multiple profiles either….ugh Apple
I was interested until you said "Siri AI"
Can't believe they priced Apple TV the same as this thing, while this one have screen at least and Apple TV is just a streaming box. Anyway without App Store this thing is not interesting. Not adding App Store for 3rd party apps was a mistake.
I genuinely think Google had the right idea with the Pixel Tablet by just having a tablet with a magnetic mount that can serve both uses ("Home display" and a regular Tablet). But being Google they fumbled the execution of it.
