Actually this just the toll gate and judging by the amount of cars is probably a national holiday where all etc tollgates are super super busy. Actually, it looks really bad but it cleared pretty quickly and the lane isn’t 26 lanes wide. It’s just fall and then we need to turn off the sea like 10 tailgates that you can drive through and then as you go through the tollgate and then redoing the three of bowling highway.

Guys, there might be a toll there from where u see lot.of lanes merged into few.. We have same road layout here also .. at least 18 lanes merging to 4 lanes

Looks like a for or 5 lane hwy to a 4 lane hwy with a bunch of toll booths. Not sure what the exact purpose would be, other than them getting them the tolls in an increased manner. And I’m not sure what that purpose would be.
