Hey oneday my phone was fell in the bucket πͺ£ and i was scared .after shaking at and wiping it off . I plug my samsung phone and try to charge it .but suddenly it started to produce weird sounds and warning β οΈ moist on the charging port detected . And i understand what stupidity i am doing . Then i unplug it and keep it dry . After a few hours i checked is there water then i shake it soo much and then also use the speaker and ensure that there is no water and charge it and it charged . This was a life saver feature of samsung phones. I know i know most ph9nes have this feature now. But samsung has it is incredible π otherwise my phone will be destroyed . You are completely right that to say it π

The phone will just not accept a current until the port is dry. It will even tell you that the port is wet until it dries up.
Well you can use it in less than a day just blast the sound and throw it in some silica for like an hour or set your filiment dryer if you have one to its lowest setting for about 30 minutes or more
