Think about it, Russia will probably be rebuilding these data centers using imported Chinese servers, Chinese routers, Chinese mass storage devices, etc. What an incredible security risk to have your critical digital functions hosted on Chinese-made devices that represent a cybersecurity risk. They’ll never know if in the future, the Chinese security services will decide to give Russia a data lobotomy if it services CCP objectives.

It’s not only the servers, it all of infrastructure that make any server usable like AC, UPS, generators as backup, electrical switch gear, network switches, data storage, physical security, etc that what makes a data center a data center.

Looking at Trump and Elon we can see how bad this is hurting their bots, for them to cry and shut off Ukraine's Starlink access says it hurt really bad. We can see RuZZians can't pay for stuff, get their money out, order a taxi or food. RuZZian military is hurting just as bad, only difference is they are not letting us see how bad these data centers are hurting them.
