There was a time in the late 90's when Indians were resprected in Hong Kong. I've been there when Indians were considered well-educated, polite, hard-working and had "class". Even Pakistanis and Bangaldeshis called themselves "Indian" to get that respect. Guess times have changed... sigh.

We must admit we are clumsy, disorganised, live through chaos. We all should take pride in ourselves and follow rules. Respect each others space. Avoid littering and clean up after ourselves. We should uphold our civic sense

Basically Hong kong people are very cultured and disciplined, they expected neatness in the public

🥲 also I have seen an youtube shorts in which they mentioned as dogs and Indians are not allowed which made me to cry and felt sad for one minute but after i thought a real truth that indians are rulling and in most high postions indians are only there eg . Google Sundar pichai,america kamala haris , and even our ex President dr.apj abdul kalam went to inaa sabai that was an proud moment etc like that many people making proud us belongs to india in various field such as sports etc . As an Indian I pray we all as an Indian should support and coperate for making our india pride and in all fields we must be proud people 😤 But the hardest thing we can't believe is our India for our own people is not feeling safe especially for women even i felt sorry to tell this akka 😶‍🌫️

Same happened to me in Hong Kong 🇭🇰. Because of some people like this the whole country is affected . Not only here but in every foreign countries I travel when they heard I am from India there way of talking and reacting is always kinda different and weird , which of course made to feel as a inferior even though we are educated.

Aeroplane blanket , headset etc etc , I heard even I'm Train AC sleeper they loot blankets 😢

The lack of civic sense, rude behaviour, and blatant disregard for rules among Indians are seriously tarnishing our country’s global reputation. From stealing hotel toiletries to spitting in public and touching things clearly marked “DO NOT TOUCH,” basic decency seems to be lacking. Such behaviour breeds mistrust and reinforces negative stereotypes about Indians abroad. Instead of being defensive, we need to introspect and take responsibility for our actions. National pride means nothing without discipline, civic sense, and basic human decency.
