I am so baffled why people nowadays think they can comment on everything about everyone, they need to pipe down and get on with their own lives! I am a slightly older watcher of your vlogs. One thing in life you never have to do is explain yourself to other people. And to those making unnecessary comments, please keep them to yourself. You have chosen to watch a vlog. That doesn’t mean you have to air your comments. Having a gracious heart is much more flattering.

Usually a bit of a silent watcher but I had to say something. Gemma hearing these comments makes my heart for you. You are my absolute favourite comfort creator. You and your gorgeous little family, including waffle have such a wonderful impact on people ❤️ every Saturday morning I wake up ready with my coffee and cookie to watch your vlog. My partner even knows your vlog is the first thing on a Saturday morning. The fact that anyone can see malice or ill intention with anything you do clearly hasnt watched you. Please don’t ever change what you do. It’s so clear you adore your family and your subscribers so please don’t take it to heart. You never have to justify your decisions. Also Waffle is SO SO lucky to have you guys x

I choose to watch content because it provides a wholesome escape from day to day life. I do not question the content, I don't look for faults or feel the need to question any of your choices or decisions as that is NOT why I'm watching your content. I cannot wrap my head around people that choose to watch content but look for the negative in it and then choose to write critical comments when they could simply not watch it. In a world promoting hate and nastiness, I choose to avoid it and find the comfort and happiness where I can. Please don't pay any attention to these nasty comments, pity the people writing them as there is clearly a bigger issue there, but don't acknowledge the actual comments as they are really not a reflection of you.

I am an older viewer of your channel and I am disappointed to learn that people are leaving negative comments on your videos. the last thing you need tbh. you are a wonderful person, mum, wife, daughter and friend! I’m a long time follower, and huge lover of your channel. Like so many others have said your videos are pure comfort and joy! I love it when the notification pops up on a Saturday morning and I can settle down with a coffee to catch up on your life. Although I rarely comment, I felt I had to respond to some of the nastier comments on your last vlog. Some of them were truly disgraceful. Anyone who watches you will know the kind of person you are, and so I feel like a lot of these comments came from people who are very unhappy in themselves and their own lives. Please don’t let that affect how you live yours. Keep on shining Gemma! ❤

Gemma you are doing everything right, getting a dog that suits your family, having young children is priority for safety, as sometimes they can pull them around, with a rescue you can’t be sure of there past. I think you have a gorgeous family and home. Don’t dwell on the bad comments. ❤

Jealousy is a terrible thing

As someone who also gets anxiety I appreciate you talking about your experiences. Would love to hear more about how you look after yourself on high anxiety days if you ever feel comfortable talking about it.

I mean this with the greatest of respect and very very kindly- DONT EXPLAIN YOURSELF. You don’t owe anyone an explanation for the decisions that you make for you or your family. Let people think what they’re gonna think. Because even if you explain yourself there are still gonna be people that are negative. Feeling that you owe an explanation towards negative commenting and responding to the negative comments just validates those people feeling like they have a right to question you or make assumptions about you. Embrace people that express positivity towards you. Ignore people that are negative. Just IGNORE. Why strangers feel like they are entitled to an opinion on how you live your life is beyond me. You have a beautiful family and a beautiful pup. Don’t let anyone take away your joy. ❤️

Such a sad world when people think they have the right to make someone shake with anxiety whilst explaining themselves to others who have nothing nice to say. Gemma you are the most loveliest lady, so kind and loving to your beautiful little family. Waffle is adorable, teddy is gorgeous, and most people who have had the pleasure of owning a pet would have experienced the lose of them at some point. Explain yourself to nobody in the future, and to those who watch and disapprove of what Gemma chooses to do don't watch or unsubscribe it as simple as that.
